Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been invoiced and paid, the order will be shipped from the supplier or suppliers you have ordered from. You may receive more than one shipment if you ordered items from multiple suppliers. If any items in your order are not available in stock you will be notified and can elect to receive partial delivery of your order or wait for one shipment or cancel your order and receive a full refund. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and you will be notified if the order is delayed. Shipping cost is calculate based on the postcode and the items in your order. Full shipping costs will be visible once you add products to your card and continue to the view cart page. Alternatively you can contact us to receive a shipping estimate.
Shipping methods
All orders are posted via couriers New Zealand wide. 95% of order are delivered with 2 business days. All orders are delivered within 5 business days. We ship from Auckland, NZ. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You can contact us to request this number after your order has been placed. In case of a shipped order being delayed due to it being lost via the courier, we will re-ship free of charge. You will not be charged in case of non-delivery.
Ordering
All orders are handled via the website. We accept payment via bank deposit and will be accepting payment via credit card in the near fiuture.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, Other Charges
All prices are in $NZD. GST Tax of 15% is payable on all purchases. A return fee of $10 is payable on all returns due to change of mind. No other taxes or fees are levied or charge. No subsequent charges on the credit cards or no subscription fees are payable.
Refunds
Refunds are provided upon return of the good. Returns are accepted if the apparel is new, unworn and undamaged. You will be provided with a refund, excluding your shipping cost and a return handling fee. The return handling fee is set at $10. The return handling fee is not payable and does not apply if the goods are damaged, are not as described. The return handling fee does apply if you ordered the wrong size. Merchandise that is printed, washed, re-labelled or decorated is non-returnable. Only goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. We highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them delivered directly to your printer. All returns must be sent back using a trackable service as otherwise if the good are not received by us due to the courier misplacing them, we cannot be held liable. It is the customer's responsiblity to ensure the good are received at our warehouse and to ensure the courier the customer uses has delivered them and obtain a signature.

All sensitive communication is encrypted via 256 bit connection. No credit card information is stored on our servers and all payments are processed via a secure channel provided by the bank.
